Fruiting Loquat 'Big Jim'

Evergreen, self-fruiting tree or shrub has large, shiny leaves that emerge bright orange-red, slowly maturing to green. White flowers emerge in spring, followed by very large, orange, teardrop-shaped fruit with flavors reminiscent of apricot. Skin of fruit is easy to peel. Mid-season variety with attractive form.
