Urban Slicer Neapolitan Style Pizza Dough

Perfect blend of flour and yeast to craft classic Italian pizzas. Neapolitan style dough has higher gluten content which gives airy, bubbly crusts at high, wood-fire temperatures. Lower temperatures will produce a more traditional New York styles crust. Each package makes two 14" Neapolitan style crusts.
