Blend designed for fresh pizzas made right on the grill grates. Low gluten blend works well with thin and crispy style pizza dough cooked in a high temp oven or directly on an outdoor grill. Can also be used for calzones, pizza rolls, or flour tortillas. Each package makes two 14" crusts.
